These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Rekoope ("Rekoope," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Rekoope provides an AI agent that places outbound phone calls on your behalf to do things like lower a bill, cancel a subscription, or dispute a charge. You review and approve tasks, and you receive summaries, transcripts, and recordings of the calls.

Your authorization and responsibilities

• You authorize Rekoope to place calls and to disclose the information you provide to the companies you ask us to contact, for the purpose you specify, on a per-task basis.
• You confirm you have the authority to act on the accounts you submit and that the information you provide is accurate.
• You agree to direct calls only to businesses you have a relationship with, and not to use the Service to harass, defraud, or call numbers you are not permitted to contact.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Calls, AI, and recording

Calls are placed on your behalf by an automated AI agent, not a live person, and may be recorded. By using the Service, you authorize Rekoope to place these AI calls for you, you consent to their recording, and you confirm you have authority to authorize contact with the parties you ask us to call. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws that apply to you, including call-recording and automated-calling rules. See the AI & Recording Policy.

Plans, billing, and the 30-day money-back guarantee

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment provider. Plans include a set number of agent calls per billing cycle; unused calls do not roll over. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Rekoope is not a law firm, financial advisor, or debt-relief service, and nothing we provide is legal or financial advice. Outcomes depend on the company you contact and other factors, and apart from the money-back guarantee above we do not promise any particular savings or result.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it unlawfully, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive calling.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Rekoope's total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create legal or security risk.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Rekoope is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new version here with an updated date.
