AI & Recording Policy
How our AI calling works, how calls are recorded, and the controls you have.
Last updated June 29, 2026
AI-placed calls
Calls are placed by an automated AI agent acting on your behalf, not by a live person. You authorize these calls when you configure a task and accept our Terms. How a call is identified as automated or AI-assisted is governed by the law that applies to the number being called, and we follow those requirements.
Recording
We may record calls to provide you a transcript and summary, to confirm outcomes, and to improve quality and safety. By authorizing a call you consent to that recording. Where a call is subject to all-party-consent rules, we follow the requirements that apply.
Consent and state laws
Some U.S. states require all parties to a call to consent to recording. We place calls only where you have authorized us to act for you, and we adjust our recording practices to the requirements that apply to the number being called. You are responsible for confirming you may authorize contact with the business you ask us to call.
How recordings are stored and retained
Recordings and transcripts are stored privately and are accessible only to your account. Recordings are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted, unless a longer period is needed to resolve a dispute or comply with law. See our Privacy Policy.
Your controls
- You approve every call before it is placed.
- You can stop a call while it is in progress.
- You can review the recording and transcript afterward.
- You can request deletion of a recording by emailing support@rekoope.com.
